Thanks for the support, everyone!

Carmen, the IUI was uncomfortable for a smidgen of a moment. I'd had one IUI before but didn't recall that. It passed. Then I relaxed for the required 10 min. They raised my hips for that time, so I guess this office is a follower of "the pillow" rule. It was weird that DH and I didn't even see each other, but we did this morning :rockonsis: !

Christine, yep, I start 3x200mg tomorrow. Previously, a lesser dosage didn't stop AF from arriving 12dpo, so we'll see if this has a stopping effect.

Sorry Sharon, it always sucks to see a bfn. So a rest cycle...does that mean you get to lounge around eating bon bons and watching movies all day long for the next month? I should think so...some kind of mix between luxuray spa treatment and lazy couch pototo days.

Sorry Sharon. A positive would have been a great "surprise". Rest up and make your mental preparations cause there is lots of excitement to come in the spring. Your baby is on the way. Praying your rest is truly restful and you'll be refreshed for IVF.

Sorry, Sharon. It sucks. A lot. :gloomygus:

SUKY cycle! :redmad: I'm sorry about the BFN... I was hoping you'd get a nice surprise. Well... I found spending my "rest" month(s) enjoying a few glasses of lychee saketini's very productive since you won't be able to have any alcohol during your cycles and afterwards when you're preggo! I wished that I had thought of enjoying some bons bons with my saketini's too!

Here's to a fruitful Spring! We're here to support you through your IVF journey. I know it's not the path that you and DH preferred, but hopefully, it's a path that will bring your bambino to you... Lots of hugs...

I'm sorry, Sharon. I know what you mean. Even though it was expected, it still disappointing.
But I agree with the others, eat some bonbons during the rest cycle and get ready for big stuff ahead! Rooting for you :cheer:

I went to Wikipedia and see that "the simplest form of bonbon is essentially sugar-coated almonds". I could totally do that ... or ice cream.

Thanks, ladies!

Hugs.
