I had my 24w appointments today, and baby is doing GREAT! We got to see his face too... Our little guy turned his head and looked straight at the sono wand! It was sooo cute. He's pretty skinny still, but he has the cutest and chubbiest cheeks! My Peri seems relieved today. He's been monitoring my 12 fibroids pretty closely from the beginning, and they have not grown since week 16!!!!
I was concerned about my cervix considering I've had 18 procedures requiring cervical manipulation, and it's at 4.76 cm.
My placenta and uterus look good.
All of the baby's vital organs are looking good and functioning as they should.
He's growing on target at 1lb. 13oz, so he's grown 13 oz. in 4 weeks.
As for momma... Well... The 1st 20 weeks of pg, I gained 6lbs., and the last 4 weeks, I've gained 6.5lbs. I guess momma has hit a growing spurt too!
That's it for this visit. Next appointments at 28w, I get to do the glucose challenge test, and we get to see our little guy again. We have 14 weeks before we get to hold our little man... I can't believe it!
